  Additional details :- A spacious three bedroom static with separate dining area, separate second toilet room, double glazing, pitched roof and gas blown air central heating. The front door opens on the bright and spacious sitting room with L-shaped seating, gas fire focal point and bed conversion. The separate dining area can seat 6/7 and has free standing table and seat. The Z-shaped kitchen has ample storage and comes complete with four burner hob, oven, grill and fridge. Moving into the hall the 1st bedroom is situated on the left with two single beds, wardrobe, cupboards, shelf, draw and a second large walk-in cupboard. Returning to the hall the second door and separate toilet room are located to the right and set back off the main hall. Continuing down the hall the long bathroom is located on the right and consists of a second toilet, basin, vanity cupboard and deep shower with glass screen. At the end of the hall a door on the right opens on to the second bedroom with single bed (a second can be added if required) bedside table, cupboards, shelf and wardrobe. The master bedroom is located on the right with double wardrobe, dressing table, cupboards and shelves.
